The 8 decision pages
Page layouts, section descriptions and category copy
The CommercialPropertyKiln name, logo and brand identity

What you can do

Read and reference our content for your own personal or professional use
Link to any page on CommercialPropertyKiln. We encourage it
Quote briefly (a sentence or two) with clear attribution and a direct link back to the original page
Download and use the templates and checklists for your own business

What you cannot do

Copy, reproduce or republish our guides, templates or any substantial portion of our content, in any format, on any platform, without written permission
Scrape, crawl or bulk-download our content using automated tools, bots or AI training pipelines
Feed our content into AI models for training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation or any other machine-learning purpose
Repackage our content into competing products, apps, courses or newsletters
Remove, alter or strip any copyright notices or branding
Use our content commercially without a written licence

This applies regardless of whether you credit CommercialPropertyKiln. Attribution does not equal permission.

AI and scraping

Our robots.txt blocks known AI training crawlers such as CCBot and Bytespider. Crawling our content in breach of these directives is unauthorised. If your AI product has ingested CommercialPropertyKiln content without permission, contact hello@kilnguides.co.uk to resolve it.
