Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to CommercialPropertyKiln (commercialpropertykiln.co.uk). This site is operated by Kiln Guides Ltd (registration in progress), registered office East Lodge, Kartway House, Lugwardine, Hereford, HR1 4AE. We are committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Disability discrimination in the provision of services is governed, for us as a UK operator, by the Equality Act 2010.
Conformance status
We have built CommercialPropertyKiln to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA, and we assess it by self-evaluation, including manual keyboard testing and automated checks. We fix issues as we find them. This statement was last reviewed in June 2026.
What we have done
- A "skip to main content" link is the first thing on every page.
- Navigation, main content and the footer are marked up as proper landmarks.
- Everything works by keyboard, with a visible focus outline that is not behind sticky bars.
- Interactive targets are large enough to use, and no action relies on dragging alone.
- Text and interface colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Images and icons have descriptive alternative text, or are marked as decorative.
- Every page has its own clear title, and help and contact links sit in a consistent place.
- Data tables expose their column headers to assistive technology.
- The site is written in plain English.
